    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Deliveringhighquality care to residents ensuring their comfort andwellbeing.
    • Leadinga team of carers providing guidance and support to ensure thedelivery of excellentcare.
    • Collaboratingeffectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holisticapproach to patientcare.
    • Assessingresidents health needs developing care plans and monitoringprogress.
    • Administeringmedication and carrying out treatment plans in accordance withhealthcare regulations andstandards.

    Requirements

    Requirements:
    • Mustbe a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMCregistration.
    • Preferablywith experience working in a nursing home environment though wewelcome applicants with diverse nursingbackgrounds.
    • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to liaise effectively withresidents their families and healthcareprofessionals.
    • Strongleadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team ofcarers.
    • Flexibilityto work contracted hours of 36 per week primarily day shifts withthe willingness to cover night shifts asrequired.

    Requirements: Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with validNMC registration. Preferably with experience working in a nursinghome environment, though we welcome applicants with diverse nursingbackgrounds. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivateand lead a team of carers.
