Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills? Do you want to start a career in sales but have no experience? We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our call centre team in Southampton as Sales Agents


Responsibilities:


  • Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Motivated and targetdriven
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • No previous experience in sales necessary, but customer service experience is a plus

Salary:
£21,627.00-£23,529.00 per year
