The Role

As a Product Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in defining and designing intuitive, engaging native mobile app experiences that meet the needs of our users. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to bring your design visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Drive the design process from ideation through to implementation, ensuring that our mobile apps are both visually appealing and easy to use.
• User-Centric Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, then translate those insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• Design System Maintenance: Help develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across our products.
• Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights to continually improve the user experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: You have extensive experience in designing native mobile applications, with a portfolio that showcases your understanding of design principles and user experience.
• Tools: Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in agile environments.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding user-friendly solutions to complex challenges.
• Fintech Passion: Interest or experience in the fintech sector is a plus, as is a passion for using design to solve financial challenges.
