The Job you will do:


  • Performing effective reactive maintenance on IT equipment to identify and rectify problems relating to equipment and the network.
  • IT asset control and authorisation management
  • Analysis of issues to root cause and development of countermeasures, improvement actions and/or suggestions to improve.
  • Provide IT support to end users at all levels of the business including tutorials and training programs.
  • Installation and repair of equipment (switch, ups power supply, server, firewall, phone system, internet data backup, computers, and printers)
  • Configuration of industrial networks for remote maintenance

About you:


  • You will have previous experience working within an IT role and ideally have experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • You will hold a degree in IT or equivalent in a similar or related field.
  • You must have experience with resolving issues via bespoke ticketing systems and have experience of hardware fixes on site.
  • You will be detail orient and able to work in a fastmoving environment.
