Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Food to join this national fast-food brand for a 9 month maternity cover.

You will need to be available to start early-mid February.

THE COMPANY:
Our client is a much-loved natural fast food brand, with over 80 locations across the UK.
Their mission is to serve food that tastes good and is good for you at the same time

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Commercial Director, the Head of Food will drive & deliver the food strategy across all food service formats and menus.

You will also be responsible for delivering commercial, operationally-sound and innovative menus.

You will:

Deliver products & menus that fit the brand's strategic direction
Collaborate with marketing, operations and other teams and be the main point of contact for the food team
Deliver range, product & process optimisation for sales improvement & cost reduction
Lead the factory trial scale up through planning, organising and overseeing production trials
Drive creativity within the development chef team
Line manage and develop the food team to deliver KPIs while protecting and structuring workload
Track NPS and initiate improvements with operations & suppliers as applicable
Own the brand entry into new international markets & deliver an onbrand menu that has local market fit
Own menu launch critical path management for UK & International, from research, through concept to launch
