    ESD are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is a well respected recycling and waste management company dedicated to sustainable solutions and environmental stewardship.

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recycling Operations Manager to oversee our recycling operations and drive efficiency and innovation within our organisation.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, implementing operational policies, and improving processes to meet company objectives.

    Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and production planning - Supervise and train staff members to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.


    • Provide guidance to team members as needed
    • Monitor performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operations
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
    Proven experience in waste management or recycling operations

    • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive operational success
    • Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and mechanical operations is preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office and recycling software systems
