We are seeking an energetic and compassionate full-time Client Services Specialist to help us grow our EU presence and sales.

Our Client Services team is based out of our head-office in Fairfax, Virginia, USA, with remote team members across the United States as well as internationally.

This position is 100% remote, the ideal candidate must be based in either the United Kingdom or Germany.

Must be able to de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support.
Process orders (semen, product – phone, email, and online orders).
Liaison between clients and fertility clinics regarding orders/shipping.
Triage calls to management and accounts receivable.
Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
Proven experience working in a call center, customer-support role, or account manager role is a plus
Demonstrate strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Fluency in English and German required.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Fully remote – Monday to Friday from either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
