Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing construction business based in Chesterfield as they look for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small and welcoming team that will look to support and develop your skills further.
This role will include:
- Taking responsibility for the daytoday processing of all site purchase invoices
- Ensuring all invoices are checked, prices are correct, and discrepancies are investigated
- Ensure month end deadlines are adhered to
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Deal with all enquiries related to invoices/payments
- Process intercompany recharge services
Skills and experience:
- Experience working in a busy Purchase Ledger role
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of Sage 50 (Desirable)
- Experience working in an SME environment
£25,000 - £28,000
Free on-site parking
23 days holiday + Bank holidays
