    Description

    Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working a successful business based in Sheffield, with over 40 years' experience in their market.

    This role will be working within the finance team with the primary responsibilities being focused on Sales Ledger/ Accounts Receivable.

    This is a full time and permanent position, based from home.


    This role will include:

    • Enter & create invoices & credit notes in the Sales Ledger
    • Interpret information provided by the timecard system
    • Resolve all customer queries and disputes in a timely & professional manner
    • Accurate processing and allocation of customer receipts
    • Maintain credit control and outstanding debts
    • Reconciling commission payments
    • Maintain adequate and accurate transactional records
    • Reconciliation of main bank accounts Skills and experience required:
    • Previous experience in an accounting or finance department
    • Experience with MS Excel
    • Analytical and numerical ability
    • Able to stick to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
    • Experience with Sage X3 preferable
    • Confident in written and verbal communication Flexible hours, 36.25 hours
    £20,000 - £23,000
    25 days holiday + bank holidays
