Duties and Responsibilities as a Functional Consultant: 

• Facilitated all workshops and led requirement elicitation and gathering processes.

• Solution design for structure of Chart of Accounts (COA) segment & Intercompany setup configuration in contexts with existing business structure.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with the Customer and System Software, facilitating effective communication and driving quality assurance measures.
• Played an active role in promoting a proactive health and safety culture, adhering to company HSE policies.
• Worked on Inventory module configuration which consists of Flex fields, Organization, Inventory Parameters, UOM, Sub Inventory, Stock Locator, Item Attribute Control, Item Template and Transaction Type.
• Worked on Cash Management module setup configuration which consists of Manage Bank, Branch, and Account, Manage Reconciliation Matching Rules, Bank Statement Transaction.
• Conducted CRP 1 sessions for Inventory, Purchasing, Account Receivables and Payables modules.
• Worked on OUM and AIM documentation of BR100 – Setup configuration, MD50 – Functional Specification Design, MD70 – Technical Specification design.
• Contributed to report creation and analysis, showcasing attention to detail and proficiency in data interpretation using OTBI work area, Smart View reporting, KPI’s & Dashboard etc.
• Created test scripts and test cases to support business in UAT and Go-live. Resolved issues faced during UAT.
