BDS Recruitment are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer in the Oldham area on a temporary basis.

The role is working for a large Housing Group helping to deliver high quality tenancy and estate management services by providing top class customer service.

Responsibilities:

Work with customers at allocation stage including viewings and sign ups and throughout the tenancy.
Inspect estates and communal areas cross your patch.
Successfully manage and enforce tenancy conditions through positive engagement, balancing support and tenancy action, including taking relevant court action where necessary.
Complete prevoid and the end of tenancy process to ensure a streamlined service.
Able to demonstrate knowledge in housing management across all tenures.
Experience of handling difficult customers and situations in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
Strong ASB management history
Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven record of dealing with vulnerable individuals in complex situations.
Experience managing staff such as scheme managers

Own vehicle would be required for this position and mileage covered at 45ppm.

This is a temp ongoing position for around 3 months to start ASAP.

The role is for 17.5 hours per week

Pay rate; £17ph PAYE - £20.88ph UMB
