    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our team remotely, based in London. As an integral part of our marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing Point of Sale (POS) and print campaigns for our esteemed telecoms client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned client while operating within a remote setup.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate within the framework of our contract with the telecoms client.
    • Manage day-to-day marketing briefs, overseeing design, artwork, print, fulfillment, and distribution of each campaign.
    • Ensure timely creation and delivery of briefs to production teams with commercial clarity.
    • Monitor and track campaign Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing any associated risks with line managers and the client.
    • Identify client requirements and provide solutions to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Deliver outstanding personal and team service, actively participating in production meetings and contributing to system/process enhancements.
    • Verify that all Purchase Orders (POs) are raised by the client and provided to head office for billing purposes.
    • Utilize management information systems to facilitate daily workflow effectively.
    • Embrace and quickly adapt to management information systems and processes to facilitate seamless information transfer between clients and production teams.
    • Proactively create new opportunities with the client, exploring avenues for business growth.
    • Report directly to the Account Director.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in account management within a marketing agency environment.
    • Strong understanding of POS and print campaign management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
    • Proficiency in utilizing management information systems and adapting to new technologies quickly.
    • Proactive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
    • Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
