About the role:


As an Apprenticeship Trainer, your role involves assessing learners' skills, delivering high-quality training, and monitoring progress through regular reviews with learners and employers.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing coaching for assessments, and ensuring compliance with funding regulations are key responsibilities.


Additionally, creating session plans, maintaining accurate learner records, and contributing to quality improvement plans are essential aspects of this role, aimed at inspiring learners to achieve their best outcomes.


You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.
