We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for a major utilities provider, based in Redhill.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support, helping to maintain our reputation as a trusted utilities provider.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Handling a high volume of customer enquiries, ensuring that each query is resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Building strong relationships with our customers, responding to their needs and providing support and guidance where necessary
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions
  • Working closely with our team to ensure that we are meeting our targets and exceeding our customers' expectations

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the utilities industry, is preferred, although training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions quickly
  • A positive and cando attitude, with a passion for helping others
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times


We offer a competitive salary of £22,000, as well as a range of benefits including pension, healthcare and company discounts.
