We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for a major utilities provider, based in Redhill.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support, helping to maintain our reputation as a trusted utilities provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
Handling a high volume of customer enquiries, ensuring that each query is resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Building strong relationships with our customers, responding to their needs and providing support and guidance where necessary
Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions
Working closely with our team to ensure that we are meeting our targets and exceeding our customers' expectations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the utilities industry, is preferred, although training will be provided
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions quickly
A positive and cando attitude, with a passion for helping others
The ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times
