Job Description
We are seeking a full time, residential property manager to work within our busy residential lettings department based in Leamington Spa.
The role will be based predominantly in our head office, where we pride ourselves in providing a professional service to our landlords.
A background in property administration or previous experience in property management would be preferred and the salary will be based on experience however we are happy to provide training to achieve ARLA qualifications to the right candidate who has an interest within the property sector.
On top of the basic salary there is a quarterly bonus scheme in place.
