The Opportunity

Finatal is on a search for a Group Head of FP&A to join a fast-growing IT Services business. You will be reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening and developing the FP&A function, being heavily involved in business partnering, and completing scenario planning for both the long-term and short-term goals of the organisation.

The Role

• Reporting and collaborating closely with the Group CFO and key stakeholders across various groups, as well as providing performance analysis to the board.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2.
• Run the performance and decision support analysis, including the monthly Board pack.
• Responsible for the group FP&A, strengthening the practice at the group level, and rolling out the FP&A processes and best practices across all business lines.
• Be a strong member of the finance organisation, developing into a strong business partner to business line leaders.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous FP&A experience.
• Previous ownership of an FP&A function is preferred.
• Recurring revenue experience is a MUST.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
