    Your opportunity

    As the EA you will provide all-encompassing administrative and secretarial support the ExCo leader. The role will involve dealing with senior executives globally and requires an organised, efficient PA who has prior experience working at a senior level, preferably in financial services.

    You will:

  • Be responsible for extensive diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, calls and video conferences across multiple time zones
  • Monitor and manage inboxes, including printing of papers for meetings and responding or sending emails on your manager's behalf
  • Ensure your manager is prepared for meetings by putting together relevant documents and organising prep sessions as required
  • Ensure your manager completes tasks and actions on time
  • Help to collate management information for Board papers
  • Liaise with Corporate Secretariat regarding Board meetings and papers
  • Arrange international complex travel
  • Prepare expense claims
  • Manage internal systems and databases within the team
  • Involved in high profile and confidential projects incl. M&A activity
  • Line manager for PAs in the function
  • Involved in organizing (and possibly attending) external meetings – clients, strategic partners, external providers etc
  • Anticipate needs of your Exco member / leader
  • Manage high volume of meetings
  • Support compliance of SMCR for your senior leaders working with key stakeholders e.g. HR, Compliance
  • Provide cover for other administrative roles in the team

  • Must have skills

  • Previous PA experience working at an Executive level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build excellent relationships at all levels, including ExCo, including ExCo and the Board.
  • Excellent clerical and administrative skills
  • Enthusiastic/positive attitude
  • Advanced technical skills including Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet
  • Proactive, ability to be one step ahead at all times
  • Experience of using applications such as ZoomCondeco, ONEaccess or similar systems an advantage
  • Knowledge of market data platforms useful
  • Able to use initiative
