- Assist in the day to day running of the lab, this includes temperature monitoring, water testing, Culturing bacteria and yeasts, Microscopy work.
- Carry out Qc Sterility tests.
- Prepare media when required, there are a range of medias which need to be prepared as an when required.
- Maintain their own paperwork, this includes recording results, and writing reports when required.
- investigating complaints, carrying out validation work or routine dose Audits, company Audits may well be required from time to time.
- Understanding of microbial techniques is desirable.
- Scientific background is essential.
