MAINTENANCE SCHEDULER / COORDINATOR


An exciting opportunity to join a top housing organisation, with a customer and people first approach, as a Coordinator in their property team.


The Role
You will provide outstanding customer service to residents, trade teams and colleagues.

You will assist with scheduling repairs and maintenance works and enjoy liaising with residents and trade teams to diarise to complete.


Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • You will have customer service experience ideally within the property or similar industry
  • Ideally have some understanding of building maintenance terminology
  • Skilled in communicating with customers, including over the telephone
  • Used to managing your own workload and achieving targets set
  • Experience using various computer systems to record information

Your Personal Qualities:


  • Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for the property industry
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously

Salary:
up to £26,000 depending on experience, plus competitive benefits


Location:
Bristol office location


Contract:
Full time, Monday - Friday, permanent position.
