Reports to:

  • Operations Manager
Durham Lifting Limited is a Northeast based Company, servicing the Offshore, Marine, Subsea and UK Lifting Industry.

Our Site Division provides a service to many companies carrying out the repair, servicing, and enhancement of all types of lifting equipment, cranes, plant, and industrial machinery.

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for coordinating complex operations?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in managing site services? If so, we have an

exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Site Team Planner and Coordinator.

As the Site Team Planner and Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth an

efficient execution of site services. You will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of

engineers and equipment to various job sites, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards

of safety, quality and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
-


Resource Planning:
Collaborate with the site lead to develop and execute comprehensive resource planning strategies.

Coordinate the allocation of site engineers and equipment based on project requirements, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time.


Scheduling and Coordination:

Create and maintain detailed schedules for site services, considering project timelines, client needs, equipment availability and service level agreements.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, engineers, and managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.


Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including service reports, maintenance records, and project documentation utilising software's such as Clik and Motion.

Generate performance reports and present key metrics to the management team both internally and externally.


Skills:

  • Previous experience in planner or coordinator role
  • Communication skills


  • IT literate

  • Microsoft package
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail.
