    Job summary

    If you have been working as a Band 5 Dietitian and are looking to move to the next step or are a Band 6 wishing to move to a different specialist area one of these role might for you.

    Whilst the team of approximately 28 staff (dietitians, a nutrition support nurse, assistant dietitian practitioners and an administrative assistant) are based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital the Trust has enabled remote working and working from home for all team members based on the services required and the job plan of the post holder.

    We are advertising all the current part time Band 6 vacancies together for those applicants who may wish to apply for more than one vacancy. We have vacancies for:

  • wte head and neck dietitian
  • wte enteral feeding dietitian
  • wte diabetes dietitian
  • wte dietetic clinical and practice learning educator
  • wte nutrition support dietitian

    Qualifications

    Essential

  • HCPC registered
  • Postgraduate training relevant to the role
  • Experience

    Essential

  • Significant postgraduate dietetic experience in an NHS in and outpatient setting
  • Experience of working with individuals in the specialist area cancer
  • Teaching experience
  • Involvement in dietetic practice placements
  • Skills and knowledge

    Essential

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team an as an autonomous practitioner and part of a team
  • Evidence of leadership and team building
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
