IT supporter / systemadministrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• On-site IT support and contact person (1stlevel) for colleagues in the event of faults and queries
• Installation, configuration, commissioningand support of hardware and software
• Networkand system administration and monitoring of existing IT systems(PCs, Macs, network, printers) to ensure operability at our Munichsite
• Administration of the MS 365 and Intuneenvironment
• Coordination of activities withexternal IT service providers

Your profile

• Completed training asan IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or comparablequalification
• At least three years ofprofessional experience in the field of work
• Extensive experience and knowledge of current Microsoft products(MS 365 / Azure / Windows Server) and macOS
• In-depth knowledge of the administration of network infrastructuresand security technologies
• Ability to work ina team, communication skills and strong service orientation
• Structured way of working and hands-onmentality
• Must-have: Very good written andspoken German (level C1)
