As a result of the continued growth of Global Risk Partners we've created a brand new role for a Finance Business Partner to support our operations in the Midlands region.
You will be responsible for providing financial support and insight into two of our growing hubs based in Leicester and Birmingham.
Acting as a conduit between Group finance and the local businesses you will work closely with the MD's of a number of entities in the region.
The day to day:
Assisting with the smooth integration and additional reporting within the Brown & Brown family
Working with MD's across Budgets, Insight, Reporting and Forecasting
Proactively assist with group driven projects
Assisting with the integration of regional acquisitions
Building strong working relationships with stakeholder (internal and external)
Working collaboratively with other teams (Audit, Compliance etc.)

About you:
Ideally you'll be CIMA/ACCA (Or Equivalent) with exposure to a Business Partnering role, ideally within an insurance or professional services environment.
A wider skill set that includes strong communication, influencing, analytical, numerical, stakeholder management and reporting skills coupled with exposure to a variety of IT systems.
Ideally located within commutable distances of Leicester and Edgbaston.A full driving licence
