    To be responsible for ensuring accurate records are provided daily to the Deputy Facilities Manager / Senior Facilities Manager for all tasks carried out.

    To understand and adhere to all Estate procedures for security measures, fire and health and safety.

    Clean the forecourt, entrance hall, fire escape staircases, basement areas, garden and front steps and assist by ensuring that the common parts of the premises are kept clean and clear.

    To ensure that all refuse stores are kept cleaned and that all bins are ready for the refuse collection company to pick up.

    Litter picking all estate areas and ensuring all external bins are cleared daily and clearing dog mess on the development.

    To report and repair (if possible) any minor faults/problems or items of want/repair in the building immediately as they become apparent.

    To report irregular / problematic behaviour of residents, any incidents, complaints, suspicious persons, or safety hazards immediately to appropriate parties.

    To participate in the building of an efficient team by taking an active interest in the day-to-day operation.
    All losses to be reported immediately to Management.

    To assist in the training of colleagues ensuring the necessary skills are present to perform duties with maximum efficiency and to be responsible for requesting own training needs.

    To immediately hand over to the management team any lost and found items.
    To be flexible and carry out any other reasonable duties or responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.
    To attend training and meetings as and when required.

    To be familiar with and adhere to all objectives, standards, policies, and procedures set forth by the General Managers / Facilities Managers and to perform any other duties as requested.
