Advanced Clinical Pharmacist - Acute MedicineWe are looking for a motivated pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust.
An opportunity has arisen to join our expanding, friendly, diverse and inclusive pharmacy team.
As a lead pharmacist you will be expected to review and develop policies and produce medicines optimisation reports to present at monthly divisional meetings.
Our progressive department is in the process of rapid transformational change to ensure that it is a service fit for the future and is at the forefront of hospital pharmacy.
Applicants must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Pharmacy degree (Master/Bachelor)
Registration as a Pharmacist with The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Postgraduate Clinical Diploma and/or equivalent experience
Prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake training to achieve prescribing qualification
Some management training
Medicines Management experience gained in a Hospital environment across a range of specialities.
Significant specialist medical knowledge acquired through training and experience
Excellent clinical pharmaceutical knowledge of Medical specialities
Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheets
Ability to be flexible with length of working day to meet needs of service
Ability to travel between sites and for On-call duties
