Working Flexibly

What will you be doing?:


  • Driving change to meet the needs of the Debit Cards business and the BUK Technology change agenda
  • Working with the business to ensure all requirements are fit for their purposes
  • Dealing with the impact assessment of proposed change in the integrated technology environment and understanding the impact of these proposed changes
  • Preparing highlevel and detailed design for projects impacting the Debit Cards product area
  • Managing the delivery of change in the integrated technology environment
  • Recognizing the risk profile of change and ensuring that integrated testing is commensurate with that risk profile
  • Delivering all agreed change to time, quality and cost parameters
  • Ensuring all changes are designed and implemented using best practice

What we're looking for:


  • Proven project management or delivery skills, demonstrating an ability to deliver to time, cost, and quality parameters with proactive management of risks
  • Experience in all major development and delivery phases and activities

Skills that will help

you in the role:


  • Functional knowledge of the Payment & Cards industry
  • Practice of the full spectrum of delivery activities on multiple development projects
  • Exposure to E2E design is an advantage
  • Familiarity with IMS is a plus
