The Company
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Volunteer Coordinator within a Charity organisation for their services in Doncaster.
The Role
This is a full time, permanent role, and offers hybrid working. The purpose of this role is to maintain and develop volunteering opportunities, whilst working alongside different projects and services.
Within this role you will:
- Assist with designing and delivery of volunteer recruitment campaigns
- Ensuring volunteers receive the appropriate training and induction
- Completing relevant administration, monitoring and evaluation tasks
- Maintain channels of communication with volunteers
You will have experience working in an office setting, as well as being a confident communicator, and be able to speak with people with a wide range of backgrounds.
As well as this, you will possess a keen eye for detail, as well as being a strong team player, and enjoy seeking solutions to any day to day operational tasks.
