    We are seeking a proactive and tenacious Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and drive growth in the Midlands region.

    As a Business Development Manager, you will have the trust and flexibility to manage your own diary and time effectively to achieve sales targets.

    Proactively source leads and build sales opportunities through strategic business development initiatives.
    Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts, upselling our range of products and services.
    Attend industry networks and events to expand our presence and generate new business opportunities.
    Sell a comprehensive range of products and services, including individual dental equipment, full fit-out projects, and maintenance/service agreements.
    Proven track record in sales, preferably within the dental or health care industry.
    Willingness to travel within the Midlands region as required.
