Senior Management Support Team Administrator

Supporting the Senior Leadership Teams


We have an exciting opportunity to recruit to full time Senior Management Support Administrator within the North Norfolk & Norwich Care Group.


The post will be providing administrative support to our Service Manager and Deputy Service Director within the Community Services Pathway.


We require an enthusiastic and passionate administrators who is able to work with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.

Senior Management Support Duties


Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial / administrative support to the management team which may include presentations / spreadsheets including complex reports.

Ensure the workload of the management support team is prioritised to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards.

To raise agendas, take and process minutes for teams (across the care group).

Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Business Support Manager (or their deputy).

Provide supervision and training and appraisals to administration staff as identified by line manager.


Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.

Acting as a supervisor admin staff, completing regular monthly supervision sessions and yearly appraisals.
