    Ring are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager within the UK and Ireland regions.

    Reporting into the UK Channel Marketing lead, you will drive all aspects of building long-term, mutually-successful retailer marketing plans for Ring and Blink.

    This position requires more than just the ability to execute against existing and traditional channel marketing programs.

    This role will be responsible for developing strategic channel marketing programs—collaborating with stakeholders to identify new opportunities, designing programs, and then executing, measuring, and evaluating them against agreed upon business goals and objectives.


    As an expert in the retail environment, the right person will maintain high standards in all aspects of planning, execution and evaluation, to ensure all plans are driven to completion.

    Key job responsibilities


    • Responsible for channel marketing activities with UK & ROI retail partners. Execution of channel marketing programs from ideation to development and delivery at retailer level, to support growth and achieve expected sales-out results. The CMM owns the retail experience from a product, category, training, visual, and brand perspective.
    • Ownership of the strategic account planning from a retail marketing perspective, building programs to drive consideration, conversion, and education. Close cooperation with the sales team.
    • Development of rolling annual and quarterly plans with key retail partners, aligned with European and local priorities. Management of the successful implementation of the plan within the defined budgets & timelines.
    • Work closely with local Field Teams to ensure best-in-class execution in-store.
    • Evaluate and track results to deliver actionable insights from resulting data.
    • Support GTM product initiatives (i.
    e. launches, product, and transitions) through execution at retail.

    • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships with key retailer contacts, vendors, and third-party agencies. Manage external agencies. (e.g. merchandising, creative).
    • Promote teamwork and collaboration, show initiative, and act independently to successfully manage channel marketing in the retail partners.
    • Organise participation in key retailer events.
    About the team

    Location is remote but the role is part of the European Channel Marketing team, reporting into the UK & Ireland Channel Marketing lead.

    As a Channel Marketing Manager you will work in close collaborate with the UK Sales team, central functions as well as external agencies.

    To be successful in this position you should have an in depth understanding of the UK & Ireland retail landscape and ideally have experience working with DIY channel partners.

    Be able to demonstrate 360 marketing experience, with a focus on digital and clear understanding of digital marketing metrics.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
    • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
    • Experience building, executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
    • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
    • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
    • Experience in marketing or marketing research
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
    • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
