    This role involves developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety across all levels of our organisation.

    Formulating and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
    Performing risk assessments and suggesting preventive measures.
    Investigating accidents to identify causes and manage claims.
    Reporting on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.
    Delivering health and safety training throughout the organisation.
    Relevant health and safety qualifications (NEBOSH General or equivalent).
    Experience in a health and safety advisory role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
    Knowledgeable about UK health and safety laws and practices.
    Skilled in writing health and safety reports and policies.
    Competent in data analysis and statistical reporting.
    Excellent communication and training skills.
    Attention to detail and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
