**Overview

To provide service excellence to those Clients who have outsourced responsibility for administration of their employee Share Incentive Plans to Link Asset Services - share plans.

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

The Administrator is accountable to the Deputy Supervisor and Supervisor of the Client Administration team with respect to achievement of both their personal goals and objectives of the team.


  • Administer Share Plans, adhering to;
  • Department procedures
  • The Client's and Participants requirements
  • The Trustee/ Scheme Rules
  • HMRC guidelines
  • FCA guidelines
  • Risk Policy
  • Stock Exchange guidelines (in respect of Director's announcements)
  • Other Regulatory requirements/ bodies as appropriate
  • Preparation and organisation of accurate and timely mass mailings to participants
  • Maintain a schedule of key activities under the Plan
  • Liaising with other internal staff/departments and the contacts at the client company
  • Timely escalation of all Client related issues
  • Adherence to internal procedures relating to complaints, including the completion of Complaint Action Forms and Incident Reports where necessary
  • Accurate production and distribution of monthly and adhoc reports to Clients, including missing payments reports
  • Clear cash differences highlighted by the regular bank account reconciliations, target nil exceptions > 21 days
  • Validate BAU balances as detailed on the bank account reconciliations
  • Respond to calls referred by the CSC within the SLA of 48 hours
**Experience & Personal Attributes

  • This is a high profile role that impacts on both Clients and Participants and whilst specific experience of Share Plans is not required experience of working in the financial services industry would be beneficial. The Administrator should be educated to A Level (or hold 23 years relevant work experience).
