    This is an opportunity to join a global real estate investor. You will work in their UK commercial real estate team where you play a key role in the underwriting of new investments and the asset management of their existing portfolio.

    What they need:

    • 1 to 2 years in a real estate transactional role, can be debt or equity (including advisory).
    • The key requirement is the ability to build cash flow models from scratch.

    A more details job specification:

    • Assist the Transactions Team members and local teams in the underwrite and execution of deals across multiple sectors, regions, and risk profiles throughout the UK.
    • Conduct financial analysis of a wide range of real estate investments (across direct real estate and corporate), including modelling of real estate cash flows, financing, and tax assumptions to produce outputs including IRRs, output sensitivities, income focussed returns (AFFO, Distribution Yield, DPU etc.) and accretion/dilution analysis on DPU and NTA.
    • Undertake research and liaise with key stakeholders to support key underwriting assumptions.
    • Preparation of documents for internal and external purposes, including investment committee reports and presentations to clients and partners.
    • Assist in the management of key stakeholders and advisers involved with the Transactions process including Fund Managers, Debt Capital Markets, Tax, Risk, Legal and Asset Managers, etc
    • Participate in meetings with investors, clients and advisors.
    • Participate and be key member of deal screening meetings.
    • Participate in Investment Committee meetings and responsible for managing follow up items.
    • Assist in the research, pipeline analysis and modelling of new investment products/mandates.
    • Assist the fund manager of a pan-European mandate with the co-ordination of business plan forecasting and reviewing of actuals (on a quarterly basis).
    • Assist the Fund Reporting and Analysis Manager with the maintenance and improvement of the in-house acquisition model templates.
