Job Description -
Technical & Operations Team Leader

The applicant will need to demonstrate a confident "can do" attitude in a fast-paced environment and must be a team player.

The applicant will need to be an excellent communicator and offer exceptional attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

Providing specialist knowledge of survey rental equipment to support the team with fault finding
Mentoring of rental engineers and sharing technical knowledge to develop understanding and competency
Supporting the post and pre hire preparation of the company's rental equipment
Assisting the Technical Operations Supervisor and taking on additional responsibility to support periods in which they are not on site
Participate in the Technical Support rota to ensure clients have out of hours technical support

Requirements of Role

Qualified to degree level in relevant Engineering
Excellent attention to detail
High standard of QHSE in the workplace
Ability to work as a team taking directions but also encouraging others to develop
Ability to work independently and confidently when representing the company at client premises
Ability to follow procedures and processes correctly
Have a flexible and proactive approach to working and learning

Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
