We are currently recruiting for an innovative Series A software company that leverages Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. Backed by leading investors, they are poised for rapid growth and are seeking a dynamic Head of Product Management to lead the product strategy and drive success to new heights.

Role Overview:

As the VP of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the product portfolio and driving growth strategy. You will lead a talented team of product managers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers and drive sustainable business growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of PLG and make a significant impact on product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and data-driven insights
• Ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products and features, driving user engagement and retention
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, iterating on strategies to optimize product success and drive revenue growth

Experience needed:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of success in delivering high-impact creative SaaS products
• Previous experience leading product management teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at a PLG-led company
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of PLG principles and best practices, with a passion for driving user adoption and engagement
• Proven track record of driving product-led growth, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
• Experience of revenue growth from 0 to 20m ARR
