Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Chef to join our client's team The organisation, operating a group of four nursing homes across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, prioritizes providing top-quality holistic care to residents.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals following pre-set menus for residents and staff
Lead and train a team of kitchen assistants
Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock to ensure ingredient availability
Maintain food storage in compliance with EH regulations
Implement stock rotation and wastage control measures
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and infection control
Requirements:
Valid food hygiene certificate
Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred, though not essential
Supervisory experience in a catering environment
Proficient in spoken and written English
Availability to work every other weekend as per rota
