    We are in need of a Sales and Marketing Executives for our fast growing and ambitious law firm. The main responsibility will be to discover and pursue new prospective clients, build relationship with them, negotiate and sign them with the firm.

    Responsibilities and Duties
    • Serves clients by selling legal services and meeting client legal consultation needs, achieving monthly sales target
    • Develop and implement sales, marketing and business development plans, to convert inquiries into payment clients and identify new key audiences utilizing all channels to promote our services in line with targets for income.
    • Building a network of clients to generate business by following up inquiries and building rapport with converted clients.
    • Represent the firm as the first port-of-call between clients and legal staff in the initial stages of work (and throughout in certain cases).
    • Monitoring competitors' activity and identify market research to develop both sales business development/marketing actions and mailing lists of the customers database in line with current and future projects.
    • Ensure the social media pages, and website are up-to date, engaging and effective.
    • To produce fresh content for the website and social media channels being in line and coordinating with business development and external teams
    • Identify new methods and channels for promotion, always seeking cost effective options.
    • To provide sales, business development advice and translations services to internal departments if necessary.
    • Along with other members of the Sales and Marketing Team, ensure the corporate image and branding is built and maintained throughout all communication channels.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales and marketing plans, making recommendation of improvement.
    • To undertake any other duties considered to fall within the scope of the position as directed by the Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.

    Requirements and Qualifications
    • At least 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing role (Customer service is needed and being in a similar role that shows you have managed team members before)
    • Open minded, Willing to work with all people with genuine interest and empathy
    • Preferably have a degree
    • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques
    • Be able to source clients independently
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
    • Be able to understand legal terms and processes to deliver clearly to clients
    • Law firm experience will be preferable, not mandatory
    • Able to take initiative and learn things quickly

    It is required that you will directly report to the Head of Marketing/ Marketing Manager in respective branch.

    Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
