Mitch Building Services Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the renovation site and ensuring that all site personnel are following all safety regulations and operating in a safe manner.

The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for supervising the work of others on the project sites.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Supervising the safety of the crew on site
Overseeing the quality of all finished product
Inspecting and testing all finished product
Inspecting and testing all subcontractor work
Inspecting and testing all site equipment and facilities
Ensure that all work performed by the crew is safe, correct, and meets company standards
Ensure that all safety requirements are being met at each job site
Maintain a good working relationship with clients, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, construction companies, etc.
Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

Durable work skills including attention to detail, organization, problem solving, and prioritizing skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills including dealing with clients in a professional manner.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Desired Skills:

Experience working in Construction/ Renovation industry and knowledge of all trades

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£16.00-£22.00 per hour
