    Key Responsibilities:
    • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are maintained.
    • Team Management: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing personnel.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
    • Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, promoting holistic and person-cantered care.

    What we're looking for:
    • You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
    • 6+ months of Charge Nurse experience
    • A Valid NMC Pin
