- Be conversant in the application and requirements of Building Regulations, Local Planning Authority Requirements and CDM Duties within the volume housebuilder sector.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit to deliver tender packs.
- Competent user of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to support the wider team.
- Ability to confidently coordinate design information and respond to on-site design queries for the duration of the build
