TXM Recruit are currently looking for Commercial Gas Engineer's to work in the Stockport area for one of the UK's largest and leading FM Companies.

The role will be working Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week, 8am – 5pm + on call rota (1 in 4 calls out)

The salary will be up to £43,000 per year.

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be in the commercial sector in Schools and Council offices working on boilers and heating systems.

Responsibilities:
Install, repair & maintain boilers and heating systems
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety & building codes
Perform safety checks on gas appliances & heating systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with boilers and heating systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
Respond promptly to emergency calls.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Communicate effective with clients.


Qualifications & Experience:
CCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CTRA1, CBHP1, CMDDA1, CoNGLP1
Commercial sector experience
Driving Licence
