Specific responsibilities include:


  • Working across multistreams of work, and play an integral role during initial planning stages for various projects.
  • Lead on designing processes that enable the balancing work streams, communicating priorities internally by creating a portfolio dashboard outlining both the activities currently underway and those on the backlog, with their priority according to the overallbusiness objectives.
  • Creation and management of structured schedules based on project goals, resources need, potential risks, time to delivery and budget planning and constraints.
  • Tracking of deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines across all business activities.
  • Using data and intelligence to provide a clear understanding of risk to delivery with propose solutions.
  • Ensure documentation, supporting materials and project plans are updated and presentation of these to the Senior Management Team.
  • Experience of delivering business priorities within a Portfolio Management / PMO Setting and have experience of creating business plans.
  • Knowledge and experience of using data intelligence, possessing strong analytical skills with the ability to review large quantities of data/information from a variety of sources in a variety of forms and identify, categorise and prioritise key issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage and influence stakeholders.
