New opportunity for an
Operations & Production Administrator to join a niche company in Knaresborough who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their customers.
Your role will be to ensure all orders are processed correctly,manage stock levels and ensure all stock is replenished accordingly.
Your duties as the Operations & Production Administrator will be:
- Handling any incoming enquires and pass to the relevant department
- Process orders, liaise with Warehouse staff to generate accurate production forecasts
- Manage all stock control procedures accordingly
- Produce reports and any external documents
- Work closely with the Purchasing Team and Sales Team to ensure they are kept up to date with production issues, late deliveries or shortage of stock
- Ability to work within the production shed where required
- Keep the inbox up to date and update the CRM system where required
- Ad hoc administration duties
Skills:
- Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
- Selfmotivated, driven and proactive individual
- Hands on knowledge of all Microsoft software including Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license due to the location
As the successful Operations & Production Administrator you will have a methodical approach to your work along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
