- Planand deliver engaging art lessons that cater to the needs ofstudents at various academic levels
- Create apositive and inclusive learning environment that encouragescreativity and selfexpression
- Develop andimplement art curricula based on national curriculumstandards
- Assess student progress and provideconstructive feedback to support their artisticdevelopment
- Collaborate with colleagues tointegrate art with other subjects and create crosscurricularprojects
- Organize and oversee art displays andexhibitions to showcase students work
- Stayupdated on current trends and techniques in the field of arteducation
- Bachelorsdegree in Fine Arts Art Education or a relatedfield
- Qualified Teacher Status(QTS)
- Proven experience teaching art in aprimary/secondary school setting
- Strongknowledge of art history techniques and variousmediums
- Ability to inspire and motivatestudents to explore their artistictalents
- Excellent communication andorganizational skills
- Creativity and passionfor art education
- Ability to work effectivelyas part of a team and collaborate withcolleagues
