    As a Solutions Engineer for Zoho Products, your primary responsibility is to support the Key Account Management team by providing comprehensive technical expertise.

    While the presales team in the UK focuses on the customer experience platform, SE independently handle other Zoho products. This role extends to post-sale support, ensuring existing customers adeptly adopt Zoho products.

    This multifaceted role is instrumental in driving adoption and supporting Account Managers in building stronger relationships with their accounts.

    The Solutions Engineer will work closely with existing customers, equipping Account Managers with the tools to excel in retention, upselling, and cross-selling within their accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Solution Design: Create Solution diagrams and POCs to showcase the functionality and capabilities of Zoho Products by collaborating with the presales team for the customer experience platform and independently for other products.
    • Solution Assessment: Check the feasibility of new use cases for Zoho Products and provide solutions to address any technical challenges or constraints.
    • Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed and comprehensive product demonstrations for existing customers for cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
    • Documentation: Draft comprehensive RFIs,RFPs and post workshop SAR(Service assessment Report) based on customer needs.
    • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and implementation issues related to Zoho products.
    • Integration Support: Integrate Zoho products with other Zoho Products or third-party applications for customers.
    • Collaborate: Collaborate with product teams and other teams to find solutions and address customer needs effectively

    Requirements

    • 1+ years experience writing or debugging any of these languages such as JavaScript, Java, C, Python, etc. and HTML & CSS with strong understanding of SaaS Products and the industry.
    • 1+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-focused technical environment in the SaaS industry with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.
    • Open to domestic travel for customer meetings.
    • This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience across Zoho Products.
