    We have no hierarchy, and you, like the rest of the team, will be a decision-maker: balancing the game's economy to reach that perfect equilibrium and optimizing players' experience and engagement.

    ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large, complex data sets that represent users' behavior. Design the economic aspect of the user's experience - finely balance between challenge and success to increase overall engagement.
    Price the game's currencies and their conversion rates. Collaborate with product owners, marketing managers, UX/UI designers, analytics teams, data scientists, and development teams.
    Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content.

    Requirements4+ years' experience in game economy designBachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative fieldStrong SQL capabilities with experience in querying large, complex data setsA methodological approach to data and the ability to present data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.

    Experience in BI tools and advanced knowledge of statistical tools.
