    TRAINING CONSULTANT (FINANCIAL SERVICES)

    - Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

    - Up to £55,000 per annum - Plus benefits detailed below

    - Remote based role

    Your Role:

    This role is offered on a 12-month Fixed term contract and will be for the training of Financial Services Staff including FCA certified staff. The roles sit within our Distribution Growth Programme (DGP) which represents an exciting transformation of our business to capitalise on the significant potential available for the Society to better serve the needs of our customers.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Scoping & Managing T&D Plans
    • Onboarding of new teams
    • Upskilling existing colleagues
    • Evaluation
    • Quality Digital hosting of materials

    We're looking for:

    • Recognised financial services Level 4 qualification as a minimum requirement (e.g. CII Diploma in Financial Planning)
    • A proven track record of success within a training and coaching role, in a financial service regulated advice environment.
    • Experienced in the design and delivery of a range of training solutions including digital content (Rise, Articulate etc.), remote and face to face workshops.
    • Thorough knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements relating to provision of financial advice
    • Motivational and inspiring approach with excellent training/presentation skills.
    • Experience of setting direction, motivating and developing others towards delivering operational goals.

    The financials on offer:

    • Annual salary of up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), reviewed annually
    • Annual Performance based Bonus - eligibility dependent on start and end date of contract
