    Job Purpose:

    The role involves managing on-site operational resources (personnel and supply chains) to execute the project delivery plan safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Address queries from engineers installing Air Source Heat Pumps and other renewable measures on-site.
    • Support timely project delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements for project governance.
    • Deliver works to clients accurately and communicate regularly with customers and operatives.
    • Maintain thorough site records, installation evidence, and certifications.
    • Manage resources, including subcontractors, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
    • Foster a safety culture aligned with zero accidents and incidents.
    • Adhere to policies and procedures, promoting Equal Opportunities, diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility, and good employee relations.
    • Present your business area in a manner consistent with the company's image and values.

    Person Specification:

    Minimum Essential Requirements:

    Knowledge and Qualifications:

    • Significant experience with renewables.
    • Current Gas Safe certification or willingness to renew (not mandatory).

    Experience:

    • Proficiency with Air Source Heat Pumps and some experience in insulation projects from inception to completion.
    • Familiarity with scaffolding systems and willingness to undergo formal training.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • IT proficiency in Excel, Word, etc.
    • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work outside normal hours for site safety and security.
    • Willingness to leverage information, data, and technology to enhance project performance.
    • Commitment to maintaining current qualifications through training and development.
    • Ability to travel locally and regionally/nationally as needed.

    Benefits:
