Are you an experienced and confident Youth Support Worker? Do you have teaching assistant experience with behavioural and SEND support knowledge and are now seeking to join an outstanding college?
We are currently looking for a passionate Youth Support Worker role to take a step into the education sector and to cover a full-time and long-term assignment that will start in September for the full academic year 2023/2024.
About the role:
- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Develop positive interactions to build confidence and selfesteem.
- Assist the class teacher and offer support in classroom activities.
- Offer students a 1:1 and small groups support with their learning.

Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
