    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Merchandising team in our London office.

    The Head of Merchandising leads and inspires the Merchandising and Allocations team to deliver timely product ranges for Women's, Men's and Handbags that meets our customer and brand expectation which will maximise sales and profit and increase lifetime value.

    Lead and drive the weekly 'Trading Meetings' and 'Seasonal Review Meetings' to provide insights on opportunities & risks with the outcome of actions to ensure that we achieve our sales, margin and stock budgets.

    Accountable for stock management through WSSIs ensuring we have the right level of stock & availability at the right time to maximise sales.

    Accountable for optimising stores levels of stock and availability to ensure each store or channel has the right product & size at the right time.

    Lead the monthly re-forecasting sessions to understand our performance and where we can maximise sales & profit.
    Accountable for managing the sale & clearance stock through the prime channels and/or outlets.

    Deliver a merchandise plan for each season that provides the commercial framework to deliver future range(s) that meets our customers expectation.

    Plan the product intake to maximise sales, profit and cost efficiencies.
    Responsible for a markdown and liquidation strategy that protects the brand and minimises markdown spend and terminal stock.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
    Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for product.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
